Buyer sent us a message on 3/11/24 asking to cancel the order because they did not need the part. Per the customer's request we refunded the payment in full through Ebay. We never lied to this buyer or any buyer, that is not how we do business. If there is any difficulty in retrieving the refunded payment, Ebay should be able to assist. We are always available by phone or Ebay message if there is ever any problem with an order, we are happy to assist anytime.

the seller is not attentive. he forgot to send 1 of 2 parts. When the order was delivered, I wrote to the seller that no 2 of 2 parts and he sent without any problems and gave a new tracking number. I paid customs clearance twice

We sent a pair to you and you claimed that you only received one. Assuming one may have been lost in shipping we immediately shipped another one to you at no charge as a courtesy, and we paid all of the the additional, international shipping charges.
