Buyer sent us a message on 3/11/24 asking to cancel the order because they did not need the part. Per the customer's request we refunded the payment in full through Ebay. We never lied to this buyer or any buyer, that is not how we do business. If there is any difficulty in retrieving the refunded payment, Ebay should be able to assist. the seller is not attentive. he forgot to send 1 of 2 parts. When the order was delivered, I wrote to the seller that no 2 of 2 parts and he sent without any problems and gave a new tracking number. I paid customs clearance twice
