| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:75% of our store inventory requires a 1-3 week lead time.If you would like to check to see if we have a particular piece available for immediate shipment please contact us. Items up for auction typically ship within 3 days. |
| Q:Do these pieces hang separately or do they hang as one piece together? |
|
| A:All of our metal paneled artwork is hung individually. Each panel is hung with a screw or nail. We provide accurate instructions on how to hang your piece. Installation is fast and easy and only requires aprox 15 minutes. |
| Q:Do you combine shipments? |
|
| A:In order to prevent damage to the art, it is very rare that we will ship 2 pieces together. It is better for our customers and for us if we ship each item separate. |
| Q:Can I use colored lighting or bulbs for the artwork? |
|
| A:Colored bulbs or lighting can be used on the artwork.We haven't found track lights that work well with gels as most track lighting is too hot and will melt the gels. If you'd like to look into colored bulbs, check out this website... http://www.buylighting.com/Colored-Light-Bulbs-s/119.htm. |
| Q:Does this piece have gold in it or is it from the lighting? |

| A:Our painted pieces do contain colors, however, our silver pieces DO NOT contain any color unless it is stated in the listing. The pictures of our solid silver pieces have gold tones from the track lighting - the actual piece itself is solid silver. |
| Q:What kind of track lighting should I use on my artwork? |
|
| A:We suggest using any direct track lighting for your piece. The best results come from overhead lighting that is either attached above the artwork on the wall or from the ceiling. Track lighting creates great "movement" for your piece. |
| Q:Are the edges of the artwork sharp? |
|
| A:The edges are not sharp. They might scratch if a person rubs hard against it, but they won't cut. The brackets on the back of the art are very sturdy, and you should never have a problem with them coming off the wall when hung correctly. |
| Q:What is the actual size of the art? |
|
| A:All of our artwork is measured to include any recommended gaps. The size stated in the listing is the "footprint" of the artwork. It is the dimensions you should allocate to place the artwork in. Please review the listing as the size should be located in the description. For sculptures, the height includes the base. |
| Q:What is the weight of this artwork? |
|
| A:Each piece varies some by weight. The aluminum pieces are around 12 lbs and the sublimated (steel) pieces are around 24 lbs. However, they are lightweight enough to hang on any wall. All of our panels hang separately and can be hung be a screw or nail. |
| Q:Can I hang this artwork outdoors? |
|
| A:All of our artwork can be displayed outside as long as the proper precautions are taken. For aluminum pieces, a clear spray can lacquer($4 at the hardware store) should be applied to the face of the artwork to prevent any oxidation. If you are looking at a painted metal artwork, you can display it outdoors, however, the life expectancy is 2 years. |
| Q:Can I hang this piece vertically? |

| A:All of our wall artwork can be hung horizontally or vertically. This requires two separate nails/screws per panel. Each panel has two brackets on the top and bottom so the pieces can be hung any direction. |
| Q:Does the artist do custom work? |
|
| A:Yes, depending on the artist's time and availability. Price will vary depending on the size of the piece. The average prices for steel range from .50-.75 cents a sq.inch, and for aluminum from .25-.40 cents a sq.inch. | Q:How is this piece mounted or attached to the wall? |

| A:Each piece has two brackets attached to the back of each panel. The brackets are attached to the wall by a nail or screw. The artwork can be attached so it will not swing, or be moved if rubbed against by using using both brackets. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We accept returns for either an exchange or credit for another item.We will accept a return for refund, but we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.Shipping and handling is not refundable.All returns must first be verified and must have an authorized return number attached to the box.The art must come back to us as it was delivered |
