Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: At Recy-Collectibles we offer FREE SHIPPING and there are never any handling charges. "Free Shipping - Every Item - Every Day!" This offer applies to US customers only. International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Local pickups are not available at this time.
Q: Will you ship my order to a gift address?
A: We are happy to ship your order to a gift address. Please be sure to enter the gift address as the shipping address when you make your Paypal payment. Packing slips are included with every order and display the price of your purchase. Please send us a message if your purchase is a gift item and you would like us to leave out the packing slip.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO etc?
A: Absolutely! Occasionally some items we sell are restricted in certain locations. As long as no restrictions apply, we are happy to be of service to our military buyers and their families. Please contact us with any questions.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to Canada, Australia, Europe and Japan. If you live outside of these countries, please contact us directly regarding the possibility of shipping to your location. Occassionally postal regulations in other countries prohibit us from shipping items there.
Q: Will I owe any import duties, customs fees or international taxes on my purchase?
A: Per eBay policy, "Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these addtional costs will be prior to bidding or buying."
Q: Will you mark this order as a "gift" on the customs form?
A: Per eBay policy, "Buyers aren't allowed to ask sellers to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a gift in order to avoid customs fees." We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is a violation of both US and International law. Customs fraud is prohibited and reportable to eBay.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We ship all orders within 48 hours excluding weekends and postal holidays. Orders are processed and shipped 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Purchases may be shipped same-day if completed by 6am EST. Our local post office recently reduced their hours and are only open 4 hours each day. We will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible even with this restriction.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: The estimated delivery time for US orders shipped via First Class, Media Mail and Parcel Post is 2-9 business days from the date of shipment. The estimated delivery time for US Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates only & delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery times increase during the holidays or may be affected by weather or other factors beyond our control. Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: Most of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. For oversized or heavy orders, we may use UPS shipping as an alternative depending on your location. We may request that you provide a street address (not a PO Box) in this case.
Q: Is there a tracking number for my order?
A: Most shipments will include either delivery confirmation or a tracking number. You will receive an email once your order is processed which will include this information. You can also check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the "Purchase History" link in your My eBay.
