We lost about half our inventory in flooding from hurricane Harvey. We are in a temporary location. We still plan on shipping within 24 hours, but please allow a little wiggle room now and then. We have a lot on our plate with insurance, contractors, decisions, etc.
We do combine shipping for multiple items as long as they can be shipped together. If the shipping total does not display or seems high, just ask us for a combined total (a link to ask seller for a total is available from your cart) BEFORE you pay and we'll check to be sure it's accurate. Please request total BEFORE you pay.
We do have shipping specials ongoing. Please note not all items are included in these specials. Be sure shipping special displays at the top of the item page.
We maintain a 99.5% in-stock rate. Occasionally I miscount some item or find something not in saleable condition and forget to remove it from my store count, or I've put unpaid items back in stock and then the customer pays and I forget to subtract it. Drats! Now you know I'm human.
In the event we cannot fill your order, we will offer:
1) an equal value substitute,
2) OR offer a full refund.
