We are an Illinois based corporation with stores in Florida dedicated to offer consumer electronics and small appliances at bargain prices to the consumer. We offer both new and factory re-certified (refurbished) products We buy and stock products from many different brands.

We understand that our long term success depends on the loyalty of our clients and that’s why we want to provide the best possible service available today in ebay. We ask that you understand that some things are not in our control such as shipping, however, we will work with you to resolve whatever issues might be present to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with us.

Communication

We strive to answer every e-mail and question as fast as possible, please remember that our business hours are 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Generally if you send us an question outside of these times you will get an answer on the next available business day.

Shipping

• We stock all of our items. No third party shipper.

• Items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

• Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been cleared.

• Due to credit card regulations, we only ship to a verified address on the credit card account.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available for an additional charge, please contact us for rates even when FREE SHIPPING is offered.

• After shipping is arranged an order tracking number will be provided to you for your convenience.

Pick-Up Customers

We welcome anyone who is local and wants to pick up. Please add an additional $5.00 at checkout for our handling fee. All Pick-Up customers will be charged 6% Florida sales tax when they pay at our facility or online. 

Pick-Ups can be arranged from 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday only. Please contact us to schedule a pick up time within this timeframe.

Insurance

Insurance is built in to the shipping cost of each item, regardless of size or shipping method. All items are covered in transit by this insurance, so if any damage is incurred, just refuse the delivery and we will have the system replaced immediately. We do REQUIRE that you report ANY damage within 24 hours of receiving delivery in order to be covered under our insurance policy.

Payment Options

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover via Paypal. Please keep in mind that standard Paypal orders are preferred to protect you as the consumer and us as the seller.

Warranty

NEW PRODUCTS: Brand New products carry their full factory manufacture warranty, usually 1 year; however, it will vary by the products.

FACTORY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS: Factory refurbished products normally carry 30 – 90 days full warranty by their manufacture, however, this will vary by the product.

We always post the warranty of every product on their respective postings. We also make available as an option to you for purchase an extended warranty for our products with www.squaretrade.com

Sales Tax

Florida residents pay 7.00% sales tax

Defective / Non-working Product Policy:

If a product has no physical damage but is defective or is not working properly then the manufacture warranty will cover it. You should review the warranty card inside your product for a service center location near you. Most service centers will offer in home service for large products such as TVs larger than 42”.

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 20 percent processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking fee.

The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
