I got this message from my wholesale vendor:
"The dollar is currently trading at a 13 year low against the Japanese yen, and has dropped 23% in the past year. Also Miyuki increased prices on some items more than 2 years ago, and we've never raised those prices. We regret that we need to raise prices in this poor economy, but we can't stay in business without an increase."
Prices will be increased soon. I will continue to sell current inventory at the lower cost - as I pay more for my new beads, I will be displaying the new prices. So now is a good time to stock up on Miyuki beads at the current prices!
