Introduction

We are the Farris family. Bobby Farris Jr, Bobby Farris, Sandra Farris, and Susie Farris. This is a family run business located in Southeast Missouri. We have been in the Antique & Collectible business for over 30 years and have been selling online with eBay since May 30, 1997. Please ask any questions you may have about any or our items or any of our policies.

We try to do our best to do things right. If you feel we have made a mistake or done something wrong please contact us.

Payment Methods

We assume the buyer is going to pay via PayPal. We prefer Checks or Money Orders, but via PayPal, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Under no circumstances do we accept Bank Transfers.

Checks or Money Orders: We gladly accept checks on a US bank and US or international money orders in US dollars via normal mail sent to our contact address. Unless the item is very expensive we do not hold checks or money orders before shipping the item.

Credit Cards: We gladly accept credit cards via PayPal. They must be submitted through PayPal. Via PayPal, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Note Regarding PayPal Payments:

■       We only ship to the address you provide PayPal in the Shipping Address information block. We do not ship to addresses received in emails or put in the Notes section of the payment.

■       For items over $250.00 USD PayPal requires that all packages MUST be signed for. We follow this policy since it provides a greater level of safety for the buyer.

Non-Payment or Late Payment: Prompt payment is appreciated, but not required. The faster we receive your payment, the sooner we can ship your item so you can start showing it off.

eBay has strict rules for both buyers and sellers, primarily to protect both parties. We comply with these policies 100% and ask that you do the same. eBay’s User Agreement clearly states that as the high bidder you are expected to honor your bid and are obligated to complete the transaction. We will enforce eBay’s Non-Paying Bidder Policy as stated in their User Agreement. For details about eBay’s Non-Paying Bidder Policy, go to http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/bidders_overview.html.

Regardless of payment method 5 days after the end of the listing we automatically send you a payment reminder. 8 days after the end of the listing we automatically open an unpaid item dispute. If not we end the dispute.

Shipping

We use the US Postal System and we try to pack our items to prevent damage. When we list an item or send an invoice we estimate the shipping cost, include a small handling fee, and are usually very accurate. If you feel you have been overcharged for shipping please contact us. If you are correct we do refund shipping overcharges.

Even though we pack well some items get damaged and some even get lost. Insurance is your only compensation. We will NOT compensate for lost or damaged articles.

Special Shipping Instructions:

If you have special packing or mailing instructions we suggest you contact us before you bid. We try out best to accommodate any special instructions, but do charge extra for special packing.

Domestic Shipping:

Unless previously arranged with us we provide a Delivery Confirmation number with every package we mail. If paying by PayPal please note that we only ship to the address provided to PayPal as the shipping address.

International Shipping:

We assume our International buyers will want to pay with PayPal and adjust our shipping assuming PayPal payments. If you want to pay with an international money order or check drawn on from US bank cheaper shipping is available.

■       If paying by PayPal please note that we only ship to the address provided to PayPal as the shipping address. We will not ship to any other address.

■       Due to the unsafe nature of First Class International mail we do not ship this method if paying by PayPal.

■       To provide quick and safe transit of your items any purchase with a total cost equal to or over $24.99 USD will be mailed USPS Express. This provides insurance and complete tracking.

■       If the total purchase cost is under $24.99 USD we use USPS Priority Mail. This does not provide insurance or tracking. If you desire insurance or tracking contact us and we will provide a shipping quote.

Notes Regarding Customs and Duties:

You are responsible for any “import fees,” duties,” or “taxes” your country may impose. Purchases over $24.99 USD must be declared at the full purchase price. For specific customs, duties, and tariff information please contact the customs agency in your country.

Insurance

We HIGHLY recommend insurance, but we usually we do not require the purchase of insurance. There are some listings that we do require the purchase of insurance so please see the individual listing.

We charge the standard US Postal Service insurance rates based upon the total purchase cost.

Sales Tax

Missouri residents must add tax in the amount of 5.975% for Missouri Sales Tax unless you can provide a retail sales license with your payment.

We do not keep tax numbers on record so please include your tax number with every purchase.

Feedback

The best way to get feedback from us is to leave us feedback. We have a program that returns feedback to those who leave it for us. This allows us to focus our energies on getting your purchase to you as soon as possible.

Returns

We do our best to make sure that our listings are accurate but we are not experts on anything so please look at the listing and ask any questions before bidding.

■       We do not sell items on buyer's approval.

■       We do not accept returns unless we have EXTREMELY GROSSLY missed something important about the item and the problem is not shown in our pictures or description.

■       When we do agree to a return we will not refund the original shipping or the return shipping cost. We may require a re-stocking fee based upon the final sale price of the item.

■       When we do agree to accept a return we will only agree to accept the return if contacted within 48 hours of the items receipt by the buyer.

■       The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was mailed to the buyer.

■       If you decide to return an item, without first contacting us, we will refuse the item at the post office and will not be held responsible for any refund.
