PAYMENTS-SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Hello buyers. I combine shipping in the USA, and all payments are PayPal.I only ship to verified Paypal/Ebay shipping addresses.Please don't ask me to do otherwise. I have not checked the immediate payment box for PayPal, but I would like to be paid within 24 hours. After 5 days without your payment, I automatically file a claim for non payment, and I place that user’s name on the banned to bid list until all items are paid for.
Most all of my items will get shipped in 3-4 days after the listing is paid for,unless I'm taking a vacation. If there is a problem, I’ll contact you and grovel at your feet!
International buyers please note: you MUST contact me before buying any items, so I can give you the correct shipping charges.
I now ship world wide. For totals under $ 20.00, I only use USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SMALL BOX. With this service you buyers don't have any tracking and no insurance is offered by USPS.I can NOT guarantee your shipment being on time or from being stolen, or lost, or hung up by your country's customs. For totals over $20.00, I only use USPS Express International, which is trackable and has $ 100.00 of standard insurance included.
I no longer use USPS 1st class international,except for in Canada. WHY?? Because many areas world wide have terrible shipping policies and customs departments. Items get lost or stolen, items are not trackable at all! which is then a big hassle for you the buyer and me the seller.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:I no longer accept any returns from International buyers,no exceptions,even if the listing description says other wise.
DOMESTIC RETURNS: If a new item is defective when you receive it , contact me within 3 days for an exchange of the same type item. NO RETURNS ON: (NOS) New old stock, used, vintage, project, DIY, parts for repair, old, as is,Ive changed my mind,It wont fit, or any LOTS that may be listed. All sales are final on those types of items , even if the description does not reflect so.
Buyers are always required to pay for return shipping. Refunds are for listing amount only.
I can not take responsibility for shipping carriers losing your items. I have no control over what happens after it leaves my hands.
Please, all buyers, ask your questions before you buy or at least before the end of the auction. I always answer your questions and hope you’ll find my store a place to visit often.
