I ship pins like Harley-Davidson does,with the back inmbedded in styrofoam,and either bubblewrapped or foam wrapped individually.I make my own mailers out of thick manilla envelopes and even them out with styrofoam or bubblewrap to avoid th epostal machines.For delivery confirmation the package has to be 3/4" thick.
