Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by Seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs pre-paid by Seller & not added to the customer's order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA's must be requested within 14 days and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete or ineligible merchandise for a refund.
We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and an unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund on any product that does not meet these requirements.
We do not offer trial periods or clinical advice. We do not indicate medical appropriateness or guarantee therapeutic results. If you have medical concerns consult your medical professional before you buy or before you try the equipment. If you return used, damaged or incomplete merchandise alleging it did not help your medical condition or misrepresenting its condition it will not be refunded. Any cost to return the equipment to the buyer will be borne by the buyer.
If a returned package doesn't arrive and you don't use a traceable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return or otherwise by pass the normal return process, we will deduct from your refund any additional charge we incur to accept your package. Please refer to Payment policies for all international refunds.
Simply refusing your package is not a method of returning your order. Any fees, dues or duties charged or incurred by seller will be deducted from your refund. For example: The return shipping cost and/or in the case of abandonment the total cost of the order will be deducted from the amount paid and may result in no refund being due.
