ORDERING, SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES
When ordering certain products please specify an item number, style, color or theme as some products listed come in a variety. These particular items contain a link in the listing description so that the product details may be obtained. Remembrances will send reminder emails to the purchaser for product choice. If after one week of receiving payment Remembrances has not heard from the purchaser their product choice it will be determined by Remembrances which item number, style, color or theme of the product purchased to ship with the order. After receipt of the order, if the purchaser wishes to receive a different item number, style, color or theme of the product, a request must be forwarded to Remembrances, the original product must be returned to Remembrances unopened, unused, and undamaged at the purchaser's expense and the replacement product will be shipped at the purchaser's expense.
Remembrances offers shipping services worldwide. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Certain shipping charges include delivery confirmation and insurance, if applicable . All international orders are subject to taxes and duty fees and payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any additional fees required for international orders will be added to the order total. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service and certain restrictions apply. We highly encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with global shipping restrictions before placing their order. If you are an international customer please be sure to forward your phone number to us with your order as customs requires this information on their forms.
Orders are only shipped to the address listed on account. No requests for shipments to alternate addresses will be honored.
For all new products, we have a 7 day return policy on all items. If you are unhappy with the product you receive, you may return it, unopened, unused and undamaged, within the specified time from the date of receipt and we will refund the cost of the item and any tax, if applicable. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the order as soon as the order is received. Remembrances will be unable to issue any type of refund after the specified number of days has expired. Returns are not accepted for all used or custom products.
To qualify for a refund or exchange on returned products, a return authorization must be submitted by Remembrances and the products must arrive at our location within the specified number of days from the receipt date and in the same condition we delivered them--i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged. Products that have be opened, used, or damaged or do not have a return authorization will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of meticulous quality control on products delivered by Remembrances. For all orders that are insured during shipping, if any product is damaged during shipping please contact us right away so that we may address the issue with the carrier. If any order is not insured but product is damaged during shipping please contact customer service.
(Beginning September, 2009, Ebay will no longer provide an option for buyers to purchase shipping insurance and leaves the responsibility of shipping damage to the seller. With that, a handling charge will be included in the shipping cost of items considered breakable and insurance will be added when shipped.)
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns of customized products.
