The seller ruined the factory packaging with a huge stick on unremoveable packing slip covering the Dooney Burke factory label on a purse bought as a Christmas gift. Upset by that I messaged the seller asking why they would do such a ridiculous thing. I didn't even get a response. Extremely poor customer service. At this point I hope it passes authentication.
