The Item Size was Incorrect. the seller did not check the item before listing. the seller Assumed the "stated" size was correct. it was not! instead of a 38x30 it was a 38x32. this basically cost me the purchase price, AGAIN to have these pants altered (I did not have time to return them).No PARTIAL refund was given and the seller said "They are as listed with clear photos and well worth the price." even though the PRINTED SIZE Was Incorrect.

Pants indicate they are indeed 34” waist- however they are unwearable with ANYONE who has a true 34” waist, as they fit like a firm 32” waist. Seller is super nice, fast shipping and price was great- but fit discrepancies could have been noted in listing. I missed the 30 day window for returns, which was my fault, no fault to the seller.Just a “buyer be aware” with this particular UPC- they do not fit like the others!
