| A:We combine auctions that end within a 7-day period. Our “Checkout” will only automatically combine UNPAID auctions, so please wait until all your auctions have ended before completing our Checkout. |

| A:The 'Buy it Now' prices are the price per piece. And then you enter how many you want when bidding. |

| A:We don't generally classify items as new or used. This is mostly because we generally do not know. We get our items from a large variety of sources. Whether the items come directly from an individual or store, we really have no way of knowing if they were actually used or not. We can only categorize them by condition based on the |

| Q:Can I get a picture of the backstamp? |

| A:We cannot guarantee the exact back stamp you will receive (unless stated in the auction). Being a replacement company, we acquire merchandise from various sources. Meaning our stock will usually consist of pieces that were made during any point in time during the pattern’s production. We can only guarantee that the item will be a genuine piece. |

| A:There is a detailed per item shipping chart on each auction for U.S., Canada, and other International destinations. There is usually an initial charge for the first item, then additional charges for each subsequent item. |
