 Q: How much is shipping & handling?
  A: Unless a different amount is specified in the listing, rates are as follows: U.S. shipments have a flat rate charge of $8.99 per order. Canadian shipments have a flat rate charge of $39.98 per order. This charge includes brokerage charges, taxes, and duties. For international rates please refer to the listing.
 Q: Do you offer Insurance?
  A: All packages shipped are 100% guaranteed by us, meaning if there’s any breakage or loss we will replace the order (if available) or refund the damaged/lost merchandise in full. We do not charge any additional fees for this service.
 Q: Do you combine orders/shipping?
  A: Yes, we can combine items. eBay's checkout system will automatically combine onto 1 invoice any unpaid eBay purchases made within a 3-day period. To receive combined shipping, please wait until you have committed to buy all of the items you are interested in before completing the checkout process.
 Q: My item appears to be a fake or counterfeit.
  A: Replacements, Ltd sells authentic items produced by the original manufacturers, we do not sell counterfeit items. Pieces may reflect variations in stamps, country of origin, markings, or size, depending on manufacturer's specifications, changes in molds, or years of production. For specific information about your pattern please message us directly.
 Q: Do you offer discounts?
  A: We're sorry, but our prices and shipping & handling charges are non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding.
 Q: Is the "Buy It Now" price the price per piece or for the full quantity in the listing?
  A: The "Buy it Now" price is per piece.
 Q: Is this new or used?
  A: We don't generally classify items as "new" or "used" because most of the time we don’t know. Our inventory comes from a variety of sources on the secondary market (such as estate sales, private sellers, and stores) as well as directly from manufacturers. Our 13 million pieces of inventory are organized by pattern and piece type, not by source.
 Q: What is the backstamp / country of origin?
  A: Items in our inventory are not separated by backstamp or country of origin. If you are interested in a particular backstamp or country of origin, please let us know the specific stamp or country you’re looking for, along with the quantity, and we can have our inventory department check our warehouse to see if we can fulfill your request.
