Normally, refunds and returns are not available on eBay items. I do not operate a large store and I don't have 'stock'. If you receive an item you are displeased with, please contact me and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out. If you receive an item which is significantly different than described, please contact me within 3 days of delivery date for authorization to return the item. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the return is received, you will be refunded the original amount paid including original shipping cost. |
