I am communicating with ebay to get a refund. Possibly something is wrong with the seller that they can't manage their account.

Ordered this a month ago and cancelled immediately after purchase but the seller said it was too late to cancel. He said that 3 days after the cancel request…. Then the seller said they shipped it and it didn’t arrive for 3+ weeks until the money was refunded by EBay. Don’t buy from this seller!!!!
