We ship Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday. Payment should be arranges within 24 hours of the close of the sale. If payment is not received in 5 days then a non-payment bid alert will be filed with ebay. If you still do not pay then a strike will be recorded against you by ebay.
All items are thoughly inspected before shipping. Insurance is included by us. If an item breaks during shipping please notify us immediately. Keep all boxes and packing the shipping company may at their disgression pick up the item or items.
REFUND POLICY:
ALL ITEMS ARE EXAMINED BEFORE LISTING AND BEFORE SHIPPING. WE ONLY SELL QUALITY ITEMS. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON MANY OF THE ITEMS THAT WE SELL.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I will exchange or replace the product with another product. You must pay for the return of the item and insure it. Plus you must pay for the shipment of the new item.
If you want a refund then, Refunds will be given minus Shipping, Handling and a 15% restocking fee.
