One of the features on the toy did not work properly, but when I contacted the seller, they replied within minutes and generously offered a partial refund, which reflected on my account within minutes of contacting them. Highly recommended seller. Good item description, DVD was manufacturer sealed as advertised with no external damage noted. Item was shipped / delivered early. One partial hit; the pack job could've been better. While the cardboard box that housed the discs was form-fitted, there was minimal bubble wrap for added protection. DVD box being factory sealed helped in the shipping. Gtg. :-)
