Most of our clothing is used with occasional new items. Used clothing is not new and may show varying signs of aging and wear. We try to the best of our ability to list the obvious staining, spotting, discoloration, damage and defects to the material; however some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wear may not be mentioned. We are not infallible and we may miss something on occasion. See returns policy. Please check all measurements to see if the item will fit and remember to allow at least two inches on measurements on clothing or it will be too tight. See section on how we measure. Used clothing can carry odors and we do our best to remove any we notice but we would suggest that in any case all clothing should be cleaned again prior to wearing.
Vintage Clothing and Accessories
As buyers and wearers of vintage clothing please remember these items are old and may show greater signs of aging and wear. Most Vintage clothing items run small so please check your measurements carefully.

How we Measure
Unless not appropriate we measure all garments by laying them down on a flat surface and using a tape to measure across the bust, waist, hip, length etc. All measurements that represent a circumference such as waist are then doubled to get the correct value. A dress length is the measurement between the top of the shoulder and the bottom of the hem and the sweep of the skirt is the measurement taken around the circumference of the edge of the hem. If an item stretches, we measure the item as is (relaxed) and then stretch it out and give the stretched measurement. If you measure yourself you would need to add at least two inches to your measurement for a comfortable fit but we recommend that you lay flat a similar garment that fits you well, measure as above and then compare to the measurements in the table on the listing. We really do welcome International buyers but you need to be aware of the extra costs involved in buying from abroad. Shipping can be expensive and items do not always ship as fast as we would like. See Shipping Policies for further details. Certain items are not importable to some countries e.g. it is prohibited to import hats into Italy. Customs Duty
Some countries have a lower import value limit than others before Customs Duty applies. If duty is payable it is your responsibility to take this into account when bidding or buying. Some countries also add tax VAT at a specified level. This is also the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
We only accept payment by PayPal or Credit Cards from our buyers. To pay by PayPal or a Credit Card click on the link in our invoice, during checkout, in our emails or or from your purchase in my eBay and follow the online instructions..
We package items securely using new U.S.P.S. Priority Mail boxes or equivalent if using FedEx. The maximum we charge is the actual postage to your destination. Most of our items shipped in the US have free or discounted shipping. For our international customers we discount the shipping on average by about $8.00 equivalent to 20% to 33% discount depending on weight and destination. There is no shipping & handling charge for any of our customers. Beware the fixed shipping charges of other sellers which while easy to calculate are often well more than the actual costs involved.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping for items won from the same auction, or other auctions ending shortly and or with items bought from our store. This will reduce shipping costs. eBay's checkout manager will generally not calculate the correct combined shipping costs for you (it simply sums the shipping together) so contact us for the correct costs involved or wait for our non automated invoice.
USA
All Items are shipped in the USA by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless you request otherwise. We will send you a tracking number as well as enter it on the transaction in eBay. You can use the link in my eBay or the link in our email on the appropriate carrier web site to monitor the shipment. To calculate shipping and insurance costs to your location for an item, prior to bidding or buying, you can enter your zip code in the shipping calculator located on the shipping tab in the listing. Shipping by FedEx is also available upon request and recommended if you need guaranteed delivery by a specified date. FedEx services include Overnight, 1st Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Ground Home Delivery (very comparable to USPS in price) Contact us for details if required.
International
We will only ship to locations overseas which are serviced by USPS or FedEx and not excluded in our insurance (very few). All shipping charges including insurance (required see Insurance below) and customs duties are at the buyer's expense.
Unless otherwise requested, we will quote and ship by USPS Priority Mail International with delivery confirmation which must be insured. Insurance is provided by us through U-Pic at a low cost to the buyer. We will send you a tracking number as well as enter it on the transaction in eBay. You can use the link in my eBay or the link in our email on the appropriate carrier web site to monitor the shipment.To calculate shipping and insurance costs to your location for an item, prior to bidding or buying, you can enter your country in the shipping calculator located on the shipping tab in the listing. For combined shipping, Contact us for shipping and insurance costs to your international location as they may be cheaper than indicated by the eBay shipping calculator. Shipping by FedEx, is also available upon request. It's quicker, trackable, with guaranteed delivery and free insurance (up to $100) but consequently is more expensive.
For our USA customers we highly recommend insuring your package as we have Super Low Rates. Only 65¢ per $100. Shipping insurance is optional on packages below $100.00 value for USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of the buyer but by not buying insurance, shipping is at your risk as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Where insurance is required it is already included in the shipping and handling charge as the eBay calculator only quotes the higher USPS insurance charge. For items sent by USPS Express Mail or FedEx insurance is included up to $100 value and can be topped up for higher values at only 30¢ per $100,
For our International customers we insure Priority Mail International at a super low cost. The eBay Shipping Calculator will not show our rates so it is included in the shipping and handling charge ($1.35 per $100 value world wide (some countries excluded) and $0.95 per $100 to Canada). FedEx includes insurance up to $100 value and can be topped up at 60¢ per $100.
Payment is due on completion of the sale unless you are combining items for shipment or have opened a layaway plan. Please advise us if this is the situation otherwise we would appreciate funds to be transferred within 3 days of the close of the auction or store sale. Please let us know if there is going to be any delay in checking out. If you are buying on layaway, please contact us first and we will invoice you for the deposit.
USA
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and e-checks thru PayPal however e-checks must clear before we make shipment. PayPal is our preferred method of payment..
International
Payment must be made by PayPal by PayPal account or Credit Cards and e-checks thru PayPal. No other forms of payment will be accepted. You must also pay for Insurance and shipping costs (see Shipping Policy).
Layaway
We are pleased to offer our customers an interest free layaway plan. Here are the main features:
• Item(s) should be paid within 60 days unless agreed otherwise.
• We will invoice you for a deposit of $20 or 12% whichever is the higher which needs to be paid within 3 days.
• We will negotiate with you payment terms to suit your needs - weekly, bi weekly, monthly or as and when you can.
• When the items are paid for, we will ship out to you.
• If you want to add further items at any time you can and we can extend the term (like a rolling account).
• We will keep you updated when you make a payment with a current statement of your account.
• Every time you pay we will send you an updated account so you can see where you’re at.

All out items may be returned for store credit only, if you email us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can discuss the details of the return. Items must be returned in the condition received. We will give you the full value of the item less the difference between our outward shipping at cost and what you paid us for shipping.
USA buyers please email us a delivery confirmation number within 3 days and we will honor the return however long it takes to arrive due to public holidays and actual shipping time.
Overseas buyers; please contact us to discuss the problems as your return postage will be high and our outward shipping will have been at a discounted rate. We want you to be aware of the actual merchandize value before you ship as there may be a better option for you.
We make every effort to ensure our listing gives an accurate description of the item on sale including detail of any fault or problem if they exist. We also incorporate fully detailed pictures and offer a potential buyer the opportunity to ask us questions by contacting us before bidding or buying from our store.
