Store Policies:
Domestic Shipping: To better serve you we utilize ebay's shipping calculator to quote the exact shipping cost to your location. We provide free Delivery Confirmation on all USPS domestic packages. Insurance is optional on USPS packages and can always be added (In the Domestic U.S.). Please note that insured packages will not bear an "insured" stamp marking. Our 3rd party insurance company has advised us not to stamp or mark packages as "insured". Packages bearing an "insured" stamp are much more likely to be stolen or tampered with in the mail stream.
 
International Shipping: International customers should email us using ebay's "contact seller" utility for a shipping quote to your location. For Canadian, European and Australian customers, we are beginning to add your locations to the shipping calculator. The USPS does not offer tracking on items shipped via First Class International. Therefore, for your protection against mail fraud, loss, and damaged packages, all shipping quotes will include $1.70 shipping insurance. Please note that this cost will not be reflected on the postage printed on your package. We pay for insurance directly to a 3rd party insurance company named UPIC. (Insurance is not included or available to International countries considered high risk.)
Payment Options:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Money Orders. (Payment must be received within 7 days to avoid item relisting.)
Return Policy: Our goal is to leave you completely satisfied with your purchase. If upon receipt of your item, it is found to be non-functional, simply return it to us in it's original state within 7 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs. Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was described and pictured in our listing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or give a partial refund if the item has been damaged or devalued in any way.
Factory sealed items cannot be returned except due to a manufacturer's defect. If a factory sealed item is returned to our store and does not have a manufacturer's defect, a refund or replacement will not be issued and the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs of the item to them.
Factory sealed vintage items cannot be returned or replaced.
