Some of our products are brand new while others are factory reconditioned or open box items.  The condition of each item is specified in the listing.

New

Products that are described as “New” are products that have never been used and still in their original factory sealed packaging.  These products include manuals and all original accessories.  Original manufacturer’s warranty (if any) is included.

Factory Refurbished

What does factory refurbished mean?  Various retailers my use slightly different technology, such as "Refurbished, "Reconditioned" or "Factory-Serviced".

Are "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" products used by the consumer & then returned to the store?  Items may be returned by the consumer for many different reasons, such as cosmetic blemishes, wrong purchase, customer remorse, etc.   Even if a customer opened the product but never used it prior to returning it to the store, due to consumer laws it must be inspected by a certified technician and sold as refurbished or reconditioned. Refurbished or reconditioned items may also be store display models.

Are "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" products in their original packaging?  Refurbished or reconditioned products may arrive in their original retail packaging or in a plain brown or white box. Specifications may vary from original factory new conditions.  Accessories and components may vary from original retail packaging. 

What makes a "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" product such an excellent purchase?  These products maintain high quality standards.  The rate of return of a refurbished or reconditioned product is less than 2%.  Why?  Because each factory reconditioned product is thoroughly test at least twice before it is sold! 

What is the benefit of purchasing a "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" Product?  Purchasing refurbished or reconditioned products saves you money!!  Why hesitate getting the best value by getting the same product, thoroughly tested,  at a much lower price than new!

New Open Box

“New Open Box” products have never been used.  The only difference between new and  open box products is that the outside factory seal has been broken.  The original manufacturer’s warranty (if any) still applies.
