PAYMENT
We accept payments through PayPal only. Using PayPal you can pay for your items with your checking account or credit card.
Payments are to be made within five (5) days of auction end.
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground (3-7 business days), UPS (3-7 business days) or US Postal Service (3-10 business days). Method of shipment depends on which warehouse the item is being shipped from and your location. Payments made from confirmed PayPal accounts will be shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. Payments made from unconfirmed PayPal accounts will be shipped within 1-5 days of cleared payment. We encourage all buyers to confirm their address with PayPal to ensure quick delivery. We can offer combined shipping on most items. Please contact us for a combined shipping quote. At this time we ship within the Continental US only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or APO addresses.
Please Note: Per PayPal's policy, signature delivery will be required on all orders over $250.00.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We describe our items to the best of our ability. It is the buyers responsibility to read the entire listing carefully and research the product prior to purchase. We will gladly accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or significantly not as described. Unless described otherwise in the listing, all other sales are final. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that MUST be written on the outside of the shipping box. Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and MUST include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. (No exceptions). Returns not meeting the above requirements will be refused and returned to the sender. If a returned item is found not to be defective, it will be considered an unwanted item and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the wrong item was shipped in error. Please allow up to 20 business days to test the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made through PayPal (less original s&h).
OUT OF STOCK
All items are in stock at the time of listing. However, on occasion our warehouse may run out of stock on certain items prior to the listing being removed. If this happens, we will notify you by email within 48 hours (M-F). You will have the option of an immediate full refund or replacing your purchase with a similar item in our store of the same or greater value.
WARRANTY
All of our items are guaranteed by our DOA (dead on arrival) refund/exchange policy. Most new items come with a manufacturer's 1 year warranty.
