The item was a gift & I hid the package when it arrived so my wife wouldn’t find it. Closer to her birthday I opened it to find it broken. I contacted the seller but they were uninterested in helping me, admonishing me for not taking pictures of the broken item. I have since sent pictures of item, cracked in multiple locations. My fault for not checking earlier and documenting, but the seller was unprofessional. In 18 years on ebay w/hundreds of transactions this was the worst.
