Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of your submission. We can not be held responsible for problems arising from delays in shipping or processing.

Orders shipped to AZ, FL, NC, NM, NV & TX are charged the appropriate sales tax.

Prices are in U.S. Dollars.

We prefer PayPal for eBay transactions. We also accept Cashier Checks & Money Orders & Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Sorry, No COD or Personal Checks. Paypal to paypal@ridenow.com - be sure to include the item # you are paying for.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems with your order.

If you have an item you wish to return for any reason, you must contact us first!

If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. (RA#) This number must be written on the outside of the shipping container on all returns. Do not write on the packaging of the item.

You can return an item for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

-The item can be received back at our return address within 14 days of your receiving it with the RA# on the shipping container.

- The item is in the original packaging and is in undamaged, re-sellable condition.

- The item was not on closeout or was not discontinued. (Please keep in mind most items we offer on eBay are closeouts or discontinued items)

- The item was not used or damaged by the customer.

If an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size (if available). We do not offer refunds on items sold through eBay unless the item is defective or we made a significant error in the listing or shipping of the product. 

You are responsible for return freight charges on non-defective items.

Order errors, Defects or Damaged items:

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, damaged or defective you must contact us immediately upon receiving the product. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund.

If there is an error on RideNow Online’s part or if you received defective merchandise, we will issue a UPS call tag. The shipping cost to return the merchandise will be your responsibility for any other reasons such as fitment issues.

We will gladly pass along any manufacturers warranty against defective materials or workmanship. We will have your item repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s warranty. Return freight charges for warranty are the customer’s responsibility. We must receive the item at our returns address at least 5 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of your order.

If an item is damaged in shipping in route to you, we will issue a call tag to have the item returned and will ship a replacement product as soon as possible. Do not accept delivery for a clearly damaged package.

Some warranties are handled direct with the manufacturer. We will provide you with all the necessary information to handle your claim if this is the case.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded via the same method purchased on originally. If this is not possible, the refund will be made via company check to the purchasers name and mailed to the shipping address on the order.

Freight charges are not refundable unless the order has not yet been processed.
