How will my order be shipped (within US)?
Ringside Collectibles ships all orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service. FedEx Overnight shipping is available upon request. Please e-mail us if you are interested. Overnight shipping rates are substantially higher than Priority Mail. Overseas shipping rates are substantially higher than US rates and will be calculated during the Checkout process.
Do you ship outside the US? How much does it cost?
Yes! We welcome customers from all over the world. We ship using Global Priority where accepted. Orders over 4 pounds are using Global Express. For more details and rates please visit our international shipping rates.
What does Pre-Ordering an item mean?
When you pre-order an item, you pay for the figure in advance and it is shipped out to you as soon as we receive it in stock. Ringside Collectibles receives all Jakks Pacific merchandise overnight directly from the factory as soon as it is produced. That means if you pre-order a new set of figures through us, you will probably be the first person on your block to have the new figures.
If your pre-order includes items that are in-stock when you checkout, we will ship out all items together when the pre-order item arrives in stock. If you would like the in-stock items shipped immediately, please create a seperate order. Pre-Order items are non-refundable.
Can I use photographs from Ringside Collectibles on my own website?
We do not allow anyone use of any photographs or graphics from our website. Please read our Terms and Conditions of use. All pages and graphics are ©2009 Ringside Collectibles. I have suggestions for future Jakks WWE Figures, where can I send them?
Is there a certain figure that you would like to see produced or an accessory you would like to see made? Jakks has told us that they would love to hear your ideas and suggestions for future products! If you always wanted that Howard Finkel figure to complete your collection or if you ever wanted a life-size Trish Stratus for your bedroom, all that you have to do is e-mail Jakks with your suggestion. They just might use it! All suggestions sent to: bringit@ringsidecollectibles.com will be forwarded directly to Jakks Pacific.
A Note about Product Availability: Unlike most other Internet retailers, Ringside Collectibles carries a full inventory for every product we sell. This means that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it. In rare cases however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not appropriate for shipping (i.e. it is damaged or defective). In this case, we will immediately notify you via US Mail. If you have any additional questions, please contact us . We will promptly respond to your message.
