| Q:Can you ship out the same day? |

| A:If you PAY for UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping BEFORE 3pm ET we will get your order out that same day. If you PAY for UPS Ground shipping AND message us before 3pm ET, we can usually get the unit out that day.
For freight orders, we need payment and notification of same a same day shipping need before 12 noon ET. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to ship? |

| A:Almost all orders ship within 0-2 business days of confirmed payment. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We can combine shipping on almost any order with multiple items. In order to receive a combined shipping invoice, just request a combined shipping invoice after you have purchased all of your items and we will send you one within 0-1 business days. |
| Q:Do you ship to my country? |

| A:We ship worldwide. In order to get a shipping quote, please message or email us a request. Be sure to include your full shipping address including city and postal code. |
| Q:Do you ship via USPS? |

| A:Yes, we ship via USPS upon request though we prefer to send international shipments via DHL because DHL is faster, more reliable and competitive in terms of price.
Please note that because of our past history with USPS, if your package is lost or damaged we will NOT file a claim and you will NOT get your money back. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Continental US and Canada: any unit bought from our store may be returned for a refund within 7 days for any reason (less shipping) or within 30 days if there are any problems (including shipping).
International: any unit bought from our store may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days if there are any problems. |
