| A:Yes. All US items carry a minimum $.50 handling fee. All international items carry a minimum $2.00 (USD) handling fee. This fee is necessary to offset expenses incurred for storage, transit, and packing materials. |

| A:ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Rocket City Sales within 7 business days if any products are missing or damaged. Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). |

| A:Rocket City Sales prepares all Internationally (including Canada) paid items are packaged and shipped within 72 hours of payment being received. Rocket City Sales is closed weekends and holidays. Transit times are provided in shipping e-mail, and should arrive within 7-21 business days. |

| Q:What transit method is used to ship International items? |

| A:Most International items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Effective May 2007, USPS no longer offers ground or economy rates. Airmail and Global Priority or Global Express Mail (via FedEx) are the mail classes offered by USPS. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping for International Residents? |
|
| A:Yes and No. In most cases it is cost effective to combine packages for shipping, however there are instances where it is more cost effective for our customers to have items ship in seperate packages. All rates will be checked and the lowest rate will be provided to the buyer. |
