At Rocket City Sales - Honesty is our policy.

1. We do not drop ship. 
2. All items available from Rocket City Sales are stored at Rocket City Sales and in most cases ship the same day item is paid for.  All items are in our hands, we touch and see every item we sell.  We examine every item for flaws or other cosmetic blemishes.
3. What you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) - Pictures are either of the actual item(s) you will receive or a picture of the item with a detailed description of any cosmetic flaws.  We do not use stock or others photo's.  We take an actual photograph of every item we sell.
4. We take great care in packaging and shipping our items to ensure each item arrives at your home without any damage during transit.  We utilize thick foam, large peanuts, air pack, heavy duty packing materials, padded mailers, tyvek mailers, heat seal tape, fragile markings, do not bend markings, and insurance is provided with every item. 
5. Signature confirmation and other delivery options are available at an added cost and must be requested by the buyer at time of purchase.
