Q:What is your return policy?
A:14 days after you recive your package you can return items still packaged. Please notify me that you are doing so and package carfully. Always include your id email and date purchased in return shipment
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We only charge for the first item on the invoice so feal free to buy more items the reast all ship free. Must be paid on the same invoice otherwise we are charged fees on each seperate invoice that would apply against the free shipping.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We ship Monday - Friday and if you pay by 8am we ship by 11 am. First class USA can take up to 10 days but most of the time 3-7 days. Canada Air Letter can take 7 to 28 days.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:We flat charge only on the first item $1.96 USA - $2.55 CANADA - $4.96 International If it cost more we pay the charges so even if you order 100 items this is the cost of shipping with no hidden fees
