There's many places you could shop to get what you need but you decided to shop with me. Sparks Beauty Supply was born while I was attending Empire Beauty of Greensboro NC. My fellow Sister stylist always needed things that our school may not have had on hand ; I always had them covered. What started out as a saying has now become reality for me. I vowed that Sparks Beauty Supply would be up and running by the time I graduated. I have found my niche and I hope you find all you need with Sparks Beauty Supply.

The merchant took my money and have not shipped my item. I sent emails and messages and no response. Please refund my money.

The money should have been refunded...the order was cancelled and the address that was provided could not be found to have product delivered...
