| Payment |
We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. In all cases we only ship after payment
has been fully cleared. For example, if payment is made via
paypal with an "E-check", we will only ship once the
e-check is fully cleared. The same goes for personal checks, and
money orders (minimum of 7-10 business days). Please do not ask
us to ship before funds are cleared. Paypal payments: U.S.,
U.K., and Canadian buyers: We only ship to CONFIRMED paypal
shipping addresses. International buyers: We reserve the right
to refuse shipping to an UNCONFIRMED paypal shipping address.
Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. |

Florida residents pay sales tax. Taxable amount includes
shipping and handling. Sales tax rate is 7%. |

buyers It
is your responsibility to make sure that your game system is
compatible with the NTSC/North American region games. You
can find this out by looking at one of your current game's cover
on the upper right hand corner. It'll say NTSC, or PAL, etc.
Sorry, International orders do not come with a tracking number.

Generally we ship
within the first 24-48 business hours after payment has cleared.
We only ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Please understand
that we can't be held responsible for the amount of days it
takes the USPS to deliver items. Please understand that we are
not the ones driving the trucks and flying the planes. It's
totally unfair to rate us on the delivery time. Rather rate us
on getting your order out on time.
Insurance is optional, but highly
recommended. Please understand that we are not
responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.

Please understand that
we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Insurance
is optional, but highly recommended. We guarantee our games to
be Non-defective. Exchanges for same title will be made for
defective games. All videogames to be returned will be tested.
Video games found to be non-defective will be held until buyer
covers shipping expenses to return games. Since we only sell
authentic brand new factory sealed video games, 99.9% of the
time it's something wrong with buyer's system such as a disc
read error, skipping, etc. Please test your game on another
system before contacting us about a return authorization.
Unopened games: games that are still sealed can be exchanged or
credit will be applied within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and
handling is Non refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to
returned items found to be non-defective. |
