I had been looking for this stemware for quite some time, just waiting for the right price to complete my set. When I received my order one of the glasses had a tiny chip in the base. (The type of thing that could be easily overlooked by quality control.) I wrote to the seller about it. She sent me a replacement right away and didn't even require me to return the damaged glass. Great customer service! Now I have a complete set and even a backup glass in case I break one. Thanks RosaJems!
