We use the utmost care when packing your purchases, with lots of padding and buffer room. We buy and use new boxes since they have all their tensile strength, as well as padded envelopes and heavy mailers.
The USPS moves a lot of mail and, yes, tossing is sometimes involved. We know that you want to receive your purchase in the condition it was when you bought it. So, we use the Golden Rule of packaging and wrap and ship each item just as we would want our items delivered. While we can't control what happens after they leave our hands, we do everything we can to give each package the best chance to arrive in pristine condition.
