Shipping Policy We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Unless otherwise noted, most orders ship the same or next business day.
United States Orders All U.S. orders that include delivery confirmation are provided for your convenience and protection as well as ours. A delivery confirmation tracking number is emailed when your order has shipped; however, updated tracking information may not be available right away.
Shipping times are estimated by the U.S. Postal Service as follows:
- First Class Mail (Standard) – Approximately 4 to 6 business days
- Priority Mail (Expedited) – Approximately 3 to 4 business days
- Express Mail (2-Day) – Approximately 1 to 2 business day
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs taxes on purchased products. Graphics & More does not hold responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit if tracking and insurance (Express Mail International shipping) is not purchased.

Payment Policy All major credit cards are accepted through this ecommerce site. Additional payment methods may also be available direct through our website.
Returns Policy We encourage communication for an effective, efficient and accurate refund.
We will gladly accept all returns under the following conditions:
- Item is received at our return center within 30 days of purchase
- Item is repackaged carefully
- Item is in new, uninstalled and resalable condition
- Item is complete with all parts, instructions and original packaging
Customers are responsible for return postage and insurance, and are therefore responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Returns sent back with postage due will not be accepted. Orders returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate address can be reshipped at customer’s expense. Returned merchandise may be assessed a 15% handling fee.
A return form is required, to ensure accuracy of all returns and exchanges. Failure to include a return form may prevent us from completing a return, exchange, or refund as we may not be able to locate the original purchase information.
Returns under the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Item is damaged or used
- Item is special ordered
- Bulk orders with six items or more of the same SKU
- Most products are made to order
- We encourage purchasing smaller quantities prior to placing large bulk orders
Warranty Policy Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is and do not carry a product warranty. If a product is found defective, the issue must be made known to us within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange to be considered.
