Why Purchase from Us?

Shipping

Ship to Locations

We currently only ship orders within the USA (excluding the US Protectorates) and Canada. We will not ship items to cross border parcel pickup companies or USA based mail courier companies that offer re-shipping (mail forwarding) services to overseas / foreign countries. All shipping addresses are checked before shipment and orders placed with a shipping address to either a parcel pickup company or mail / freight forwarding courier company may be cancelled.

Handling Time

We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment.

Handling time (located under the shipping tab in all item listings) is the time we have to process and prepare an order for shipment. It is not the time frame for delivery of an order.

Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases

Orders are shipped to the shipping address that is supplied by eBay / PayPal at time of purchase. Your shipping address should be kept current. Any changes to a shipping address should be noted immediately after purchase. Additional fees may be incurred if an order is returned for any reason by the postal service or not received by the buyer due to an incorrect shipping address.

Estimated delivery dates shown by eBay are strictly estimated. USPS and Canada Post do not always live up to these estimated delivery times and that is beyond our control.

Estimated delivery dates / times* and shipping information are listed on every item listing page just under the "Buy it Now" button section as well as in your "Order Details" after purchasing an item. Please note that estimated delivery dates include handling time, and will depend on the selected shipping service.

*Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Times are calculated for items shipped between most major urban centres and may vary depending on origin and destination. When calculating estimated delivery dates, days are counted as business days (Mon through Fri excluding holidays), not calendar days.

 

Return Policy

We must be contacted within 14 days of the shipment date when wanting to return an item. As approximate sizes are stated in all listings and due to the display/color calibration settings of your computer monitor that may affect the colors that you see on your computer screen, we will not accept returns for wrong size and/or color.

Buyer pays return postage and return postage fees will not be refunded. Item(s) must be returned with tracking information and the tracking number must verify that the returned item(s) has been received by us before a refund will be issued. All returns will be handled by refund only. We do not accept exchanges.

If a return is accepted for an order that has been shipped incorrectly, images must be supplied as proof before a refund will be processed. Rotten Remains is not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application.
