There was some issues with the product arriving with damage to the packaging. Turned out it was damaged by the shipper, the hardware was lost but FedEx made the attempt to protect the product. Rough Country Customer Service- 100% Excellent Transaction! I received a MAJOR Damaged/Defective item (Synthetic Winch rope Cut almost in half) and sent an email complaint with pictures of the actual cut rope. The rope arrived in a stapled box No tape -so didn't use a knife to cut open box. RC Customer Service responded back and sent me a NEW synthetic winch rope -No questions asked! Good Communication and Fast shipping both times.
