When evaluating how we did please keep in mind we cannot control the shipping carrier- we get the item to the carrier as quickly as possible.
If an item needs to be returned we don't give you the run around and we try to get your refund issued in a timely manner. If there is a problem you will be notified within 24-48 hours via email.
