Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: We love to combine shipping! Each of our listings is equipped with a shipping calculator so you can determine how much shipping will be to your zip code for however many items you are interested in purchasing. If you purchase items from several of our listings, you must pay for all of them in one lump payment to get discounted shipping.

Q: What is the expiration date on this product?

A: Our stock of items refreshes constantly so the expiration date of the product currently on the shelf may be different than the expiration date of the product shipped to you. Fresh product is always guaranteed.

 

Q: Can I pick up an item, or purchase it in person?

 

A: On occasion we can make arrangements for you to purchase items in person, however, please keep in mind that retail customers pay retail prices.  Our online discounts are not available when you buy in person.  Brick & mortar stores have much higher operating costs and the expense is reflected in the product prices.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Because of the nature of the items we sell, we accept returns within 7 days on defective merchandise only. The item must be in original, unused condition and you must notify us in advance that you need to return it. We do not accept returns under any other circumstances.

Q: Why is insurance not offered?

A: We "self insure" which means we take responsibility for how your item is delivered to you, or we pay for the insurance ourselves, at our discretion. Under federal law, it is ALWAYS the seller's responsibility to deliver an item as it was described, whether the package was insured or not. No need to pay extra for what the law already does for you.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?

A: We package items to insure no damage under normal circumstances. It's very rare for our customers to receive a damaged item, but in the event you do, please save all the packaging and contact us immediately for resolution.

Q: Will this product work on my pet?

A: We hope so! But unfortunately, there is no way for us to guaranty the effectiveness of any particular product on your pet. We are happy to advise you about what a product is intended for, how it works, and manufacturer specs, but to get the best advice on whether a product is appropriate for your pet you should speak with your veterinarian.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Shipping and handling charges are variable and depend on weight, distance, and how fragile the item is. Please use the shipping calculator located in the listing to determine what it will cost to ship an item to your zip code.

Q: What are the ingredients, how many ml's in an ounce, etc?

A: If your question involves "homework" on a product, we politely ask that you do your own research. There is so much information available on the internet that no one should have a problem converting ounces to millilitres or locating an ingredient list, or any of the myriad of "homework" questions we receive.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards through our 3rd party checkout. Please let us know if you prefer to pay with your credit card and we will send you an invoice. We also accept PayPal and USPS Money Orders. (Please contact us prior to sending a Money Order).

We appreciate prompt payment as much as you appreciate prompt shipment, therefore we ask that you pay within 7 days of your order. If there is a delay with your payment, you must notify us prior to the deadline in order to avoid an Unpaid Item Dispute being filed (one reason why we need you to contact us prior to sending a USPS Money Order).

SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation is provided on all packages at no extra charge. Please Note: Delivery Confirmation is not tracking and oftentimes is not updated at the USPS website until the item is delivered.

Each item we sell has a predetermined weight that is used to calculate shipping charges. Item weight is automatically combined when multiple products are purchased from the same listing, however, sometimes eBay's calculator doesn't accurately apply discounts when items are purchased from several different listings. If you've placed an order that includes items from different listings, you can either wait for a combined invoice or we will refund any over charges when your order is processed, thereby giving you the best possible savings on shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

In the highly unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, it may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, within 7 days of delivery, provided we have been notified prior to your sending it back. Returns must be properly packaged to insure no further damage to the item.

We cannot accept returns on USED items, or items that are unsealed.

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued before a product has been returned to us.
