Purchase the first item at $2.99 and if you purchase a second item, shipping and handling will be $1.00. I now have included international rates. Canada $6.00 and Worldwide $8.00. The new postal rates have gone up and so have my costs but I try to not overcharge you for your Shipping and Handling :)
