Payment Details:
Winning bidder is expected to return email contact within 3 days and pay within 14 days of the end of auction.
I accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Money Order/Cashier's Check, Personal Check
I may hold orders paid by personal check for up to 10 business days, or until the check clears my bank. Bounced check writers will incur an additional $15 fee to cover our costs.
International payment by paypal or by international money order in US dollars only.
Sales Tax:
Ohio bidders must pay sales tax at their local rate; if you send me your city and zip code, I can look up the local rate for you.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Please check your auction listing to determine the applicable shipping rate for your purchase.
Combined Shipping:
You pay the full shipping cost of your largest or heaviest item, then $1 for each additional item when you make one payment for all items. If eBay does not apply the discount automatically, contact me for a combined invoice when you have finished shopping.
Buyers outside of the U.S. should contact me prior to bidding for shipping and handling estimate; international shipping may be more costly. I will combine orders to save you money on shipping.
Shipping Within the United States: I ship next business day after receipt of Paypal payment or money order. I hold orders paid by personal check for up to 10 business days, or until the check clears my bank. I will combine shipping whenever possible, if it will save you money.
Shipping Outside the United States: We are always very happy to serve customers outside of the United States. So, as long as the USPS will deliver it to you, we will ship to you. If your order will ship outside the United States, please let us know and we will email you a shipping cost estimate that takes into account the weight of your order and its destination. We work hard to keep your shipping costs low; however, we will not lie on customs forms so please DO NOT ASK. Most orders ship next business day; however, larger international orders may take 2-3 days to process, depending on the paperwork required.
Customer Service & Returns Policy
We guarantee our rubber stamps are free of manufacturer's defects; we replace with same. Please contact us directly for a return authorization.
