When are the shipments processed ?
We carry a hugeinventory of finished jewelry, and all the jewelry is manufactured in our own factory located in The Diamond District in Midtown, NY.We process and ship orders the very same day, as soon as payment is cleared, and as long as they are received before 4:00 PM EST. Any orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Kindly note that our office and factory, both are closed during weekends, so all orders received during the weekend will be processed the following business day (Monday).

How do we ship ?
Each piece of jewelry is individually packaged in a beautiful jewelry box. Inside your package, you will receive an invoice of your purchase and a personal Thank You letter from us to our valued customer. All our orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of USPS shipping. Shipments are also fully insured.
