Order Fulfillment Time
From the time payment is received, please allow 7 business days for delivery. I try to get all orders out by the next day, but orders for vintage films may take an extra 1-5 business days. Delivery time may differ based on your location, delays in Customs, etc.
If a vintage film is unavailable, you may choose a higher priced film (up to $4 more) or receive a full refund for the item and related shipping. Ninety-nine percent of items in my store are available, but once in a while a title goes out of print.
Payment Method
In addition to payment by check or money order, Rudyards Adult DVDs now accepts Paypal and credit and debit cards through Paypal for all items, including auctions.
Discreet Shipping
All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain brown envelope or wrapper.
Shipping Method and Costs
All orders will be shipped USPS 1st class or Priority mail. For 1st class mail to the U.S. the shipping charge is a fixed rate of $2.99 for the first item, and only $.50 for each additional item. To Canada,the shipping charge for 1st class mail is a fixed rate of $4.49 for the first item ,and $1.00 for each additional item. Canadian customers may not be able to pay by PayPal through Ebay checkout. Instructions on how to pay by PayPal will be mailed to Canadian customers after checkout.
Priority Mail upgrade for domestic buyers is available for an additional charge of $2 for 1 to 3 items. Orders of 4 or more items are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail for free.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping outside of the US and Canada is $8 for the first dvd and $3 for each additional dvd.
Large orders may be shipped UPS at my discretion. Please email me for details.

International Customs and Shipping Choices
Purchasers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. I will not to be held responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
Shipping Address
In order to avoid shipping adult materials to minors or third parties, the shipping address must be the address of the person placing the order, and if paid by credit card must also match the credit card address.
Return Policy
I will accept returns for dvds that have not been opened. On return of dvd, refund will be issued for the purchase price only (not for any shipping charges.) Defective dvds will be replaced with the same title.
Privacy
I am committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.
