We now require insurance on most international packages. That cost is included in the shipping price PLEASE NOTE that we purchase our insurance through a third party vendor. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, an insurance claim cannot be filed until 45 days after the ship date. The buyer is then required to complete and return the claim form before a refund can be issued.
