- We can ship most items worldwide. For questions about shipping outside the USA, please contact us before bidding/buying for price and availablilty.
- Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Shipments outside the USA take up to 7 business day to process.
- We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and various LTL Freight Carriers for all shipments within the USA. FedEx and UPS do NOT deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses, your shipping address have to be a physical street address, such as your home or your business address. For shipments outside the USA, we use USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide.
- We charge shipping based on the total weight and box dimensions of your order, if you order a few items at the same time, the average shipping cost will be lower than ship them individually.
- Lost or damaged items will be covered by Shipping Insurance if such insurance was purchased.
- Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
- Delivery to USA takes up to 6 business days. Outside the USA, delivery takes up to 14 business days. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of couriers or Customs processing times.
- Pickup service is available. Please contact us before bidding/buying for details.
- We are not responsible for taxes, customs, border fees or any other fees you may incur importing items to your country, nor do we know the amount of such fees.

- Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be opened. The buyer will receive an Unpaid Item strike and a negative feedback may follow.
- You will be notified when your order is processed and scheduled to ship.
- If merchandise is found defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us. We will issue a brand new replacement item at no extra cost.
- If there is any other problem with your order or shipping, please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback, so that we can attempt to correct the problem.
- A return must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, along with all original packaging, including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back to us. Please contact us before shipping an item back.
- Shipping & Handling Charges and Insurance are not refundable.
- 20 days after we have dispatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
- Please note that item(s) will not be considered for an exchange or a refund once negative feedback has been left.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that we have your phone number. If you want the order shipped elsewhere, you must notify us at the time of purchase.
- Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave a Positive Feedback for us.
