Ryu Mei will exchange your product if and only if one of the followings happened:
1) Product with defect such as tear, cut, or hole evidently shown on pack.
2) Product received is different from the product shown on invoice (not image).
3) Number of products ordered or shown on invoice does not match the number of products received.
If you have trouble returning within 3 working days, please send an email to me (thomas@ryu-mei.com) to request for an extension. |
