Shipping & Return Policies



Shipping Options: We use FedEx Ground,USPS. shipping for all orders and will take approximately 1 - 6 business days to arrive. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your item will take longer to ship than expected, you will be notified via e-mail
Return Policy:
Return Exchange Policy: We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 14 business days.

How Returns / Exchanges Work: We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 1-3 weeks for processing.)
All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
Return Procedure: To return a part(s) please e-mail us, full name, part number, and e-mail address that we can contact you at along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with.
All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.
