7 DAY RETURN POLICY: CONDITIONS: Item may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Item must be returned in EXACT CONDITION as received for return/refund to be valid. Upon receiving return, if inspection of returned item passes our guidelines a full refund of item purchased will be issued to buyer. Returns are shipped back at buyers expense.
LOST or DAMAGED ARTICLE: if item is lost or damaged by carrier all claims must be filed with carrier to receive a refund. Sarah's Perfumes will assist in this process. Sarah's Perfumes is NOT responsible for articles damaged by Post Office or any other carrier nor are we affiliated with Post Office or any other carrier so as we are not to be held responsible for lost/damaged items.
