Do you make clothing for larger dogs? Yes we can custom fit for any size dog for an additional fee based on the size of the dog.  The auctions that are posted have an "up to" size in the auction description for each particular size.  Items that say xxs-xs only, cannot be made in larger sizes due to fabric limitations.

Do you take returns? Since we custom fit every oufit purchased from Sassy-Petwear we  cannot take returns.  Please measure carefully because we will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements.  We will re make an outfit if there was an error made on our part. Your happiness is our utmost concern.

Do you sell in bulk? Yes, we will give discounts to boutique owners only.  Please contact seller for pricing information and a "buy it now" auction will be set up for purchase.  We try to work with everyone.  Since we hand make and design all our clothes we have several boutiques that carry our items.  They have no problem getting $50-$100 each so we cannot give our product away because we work hard to create it.

 Do you combine shipping? Yes, you can purchase up to 3 items on one shipping charge.  Each additional item (4 and higher) is $1.00 each.

Will you ship priority or express? Yes, for an extra fee we will ship priority or express.  Our standard shipping is First class and insurance is required on all U.S. shipments,  it is already included in the shipping cost stated on each auction.

What happens if we don't receive our package? For U.S. shipments we insure and have delivery confirmation on all packages.  It is your responsibility to provide a correct address in your Pay Pal account. If we can not locate your package a claim will be filed after 30 days of date of shipping and you will receive a refund (not including shipping charges).  For international shipping  it takes longer for those packages since they are not insured.  But we will do everything possible to track this item for you.

How long after i purchase an item do I have to pay for it? You have 10 days after auction end to pay for your item and send your measurements.  Items cannot be processed until this is done.  If we don't receive this information within 10 days we file a non-payment dispute with eBay so we can get our seller fees re-imbursed.  We cannot hold these accounts open indefinately.

How long after I purchase an item can I expect to receive it? Since we custom fit all our clothing it takes 7-10 days to ship your item after payment and measurements are received.  For bulk orders you must allow 14 days.  For holiday orders we must have your payment and measurements in within 15 days prior to the holiday.  See Store Policy for information about holiday orders.
