To measure your pet I will need the following information:

NECK - measure around the neck. (for all items)

CHEST - measure just behind the front legs around the broadest part of the chest. (for all items)

WAIST - measure just behind the last rib around the belly. (for diapers, bellybands and skirts)

TOPLINE - measure from nap of neck to where tail begins. (for all items)

LEG MEASUREMENTS - measure AROUND the leg at the point where you want the pom poms or anklets to sit.

HAIRBOWS - please specify rubber band or barrette clips.

BANDANAS - please specify velcro or collar bandanas.

LEASHES - please specify scrunchy or flat.

For the neck and chest measurements please do not measure  tightly.  The dress will fit the way the tape measure fits and if your pet has a lot of fur please take that into consideration when sending measurements.  I cannot be responsible for measurements that are incorrect.
